Acai Bowl (Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- Splash of (almond) milk
Toppings
- Frozen mango
- Gingerbread Granola, recipe is on this website!
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor.
- Blend until a smooth thick and creamy consistently (if it is too thick add some milk).
- Once all blended pour the thick smoothie into a bowl of your choice.
- Add toppings if you desire. Mango and granola.
