Acai Bowl (Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients

- 2 frozen bananas

- 1/2 cup blueberries

- 1/2 cup raspberries

- 1 tablespoon acai powder


Toppings

- Gingerbread Granola (recipe is coming soon)

- Raspberries

- Gojiberries

- Chia Seeds

- Hemp Seeds


Method

- Place all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor

- Blend until a smooth thick and creamy consistently (if it is too thick add some milk)

- Once all blended pour the thick smoothie into a bowl of your choice

- Add toppings if you desire. Granola, raspberries, gojiberries, chia seeds and hemp seeds
