Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal (Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (50 gram) rolled oats

- 300 ml almond milk

- 4 tablespoons pumpkin purée

- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ginger

- Pinch of salt


Toppings

- Banana

- Peanut Butter

- Coconut Flakes

- Mulberries

- Cacao Nibs

- Hemp Seeds


Method

- In a small pan on a low heat add in the oats, milk, pumpkin purée, cinnamon, ginger and salt

- Kept on low heat and stir consistently

- Mash a half a banana and put into the saucepan

- Stir until the oats have thickened

- If you oats are thick enough you can pour your oats into a bowl of your choice

- Add toppings if you desire. Banana, peanut butter, coconut flakes, mulberries, cacao nibs (and sprinkle some hemp seeds on your banana)
