Pre-Workout Smoothie Bowl (Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 or 2 scoop chocolate protein powder, I used protein powder from Orange Fit.
- A splash of almond milk
Toppings
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Granola (recipe is coming soon)
- Coconut Flakes
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor
- Blend until a smooth thick and creamy consistently (if it is too thick add some milk)
- Once all blended pour the thick smoothie into a bowl of your choice
- Add toppings if you desire. Banana, strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds
