Coconut Cinnamon Oatmeal (Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (50 gram) rolled oats (can use GF)

- 300 ml almond milk (you can also use coconut milk if you prefer)

- 1 banana, mashed

- 1 tablespoon cacao powder ( I prefer 2 1/4 teaspoon because I find 1 tablespoon too much)

- 3 tablespoons coconut yogurt

- Pinch of salt


Optional

- 1 tablespoon mulberries

- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes


Toppings

- 1/2 banana

- Blueberries

- Raspberries

- Coconut Flakes

- Mulberries

- Chia Seeds

- Hemp Seeds


Method

- In a small pan on a low heat add in the oats, milk, cacao powder and salt

- Kept on low heat and stir consistently

- Mash a half a banana and put into the saucepan (you can also do the optional things in your pan)

- Stir until the oats have thickened

- If you oats are thick enough you can pour your oats into a bowl of your choice

- Add toppings if you desire. Banana, blueberries, raspberries, coconut flakes, mulberries (and sprinkle some chia - and hemp seeds on your banana)
